Update: New Field Services workflow for ISS Support Requests

Starting 10/9, ISS will be part of the Field Services rollout in ServiceNow.  This new process will streamline our existing ticketing workflow and improve overall customer service.
 
Campus partners are asked to help us with this rollout by doing the following:
 
  • For Learning Space/Video Production requests with activity prior to 10/6: Submit using existing forms  
  • For Learning Space/Video Production requests with activity after 10/6: Hold on submitting requests until 10/9
  • For requests already received: Once go-live is complete, you will receive notifications indicating your initial tickets are closed and new tickets created in the new workflow
